Optical Express announced they have reached an agreement to acquire the laser vision correction business of The Boots Group Plc. David Moulsdale, Chairman and CEO of Optical Express announced the acquisition of nine laser eye surgery treatment centres.
He said, “We are pleased to conclude this latest acquisition and continue to invest heavily in the latest technology and staff training to ensure we deliver exceptional quality of clinical outcomes and customer service experience. Our first priority is to ensure the on-going care for patients and the welfare of the employees and we are pleased to have secured many jobs in the process.”
